Talbot House, Helton, is a beautiful old house in the middle of a quiet village which is perched on the hill overlooking the Lowther Valley inside the north eastern corner of the Lake District National Park.
The front porch leads to the combined lounge and dining room with old wooden beams. A stone bar, feature fireplace and dining area at one end and the lounge with open fire at the other. Beyond the lounge is the kitchen with fine views of the garde .
Upstairs there are three bedrooms; one large double, one twin and one small single and the bathroom (with an electric shower over the bath).
Down the stairs leads to the utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and access to the garden which are both shared with Talbot Studio.
By opening up a short link between Talbot House & Talbot Studio they can also be rented as one house sleeping seven people in four bedrooms.
