Formerly stables for Clydesdale working horses this two storey conversion has a wealth of beams and exposed stonework. The oak linteled fireplace houses a log burning stove which backs up the full gas central heating. The open plan kitchen and lounge have French windows that open onto a south facing patio and to the extensive wildlife gardens beyond. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge, microwave etc. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedded room and the bathroom with shower and bath. There is a communal utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer next to the cottage.
