The large open plan drawing room and dining room is the perfect room to relax in. The walls are filled with antique prints and furnishings include plump window seats and a deep comfortable sofa beside the open fire. The circular dining table has seating for eight. A television with video, hi-fi system, telephone/fax, and a selection of books and magazines are also provided.
Sleeping four, the cottage is situated on its own in the tiny hamlet of Whale and has expansive views of fells and the River Lowther as well as easy access to lots of hill and valley walks, and bike rides.
