High Grove
Our larger cottage which sleeps 6 built (as our other cottages) by local craftsmen to a very high standard, tremendous care having been taken with every aspect, for you to enjoy one of the highest quality cottages in the lake district.
The loft above the lounge is for quiet contemplation and also to sleep two people on comfortable bed settee, if required. The front door leads into flag floored cloakroom with steps up to inner hall, off which are one double and one twin-bedded room, both with lots of character and pine furniture. The lounge has absolutely magnificent views, with a lovely window seat to view the Langdales and surrounding hills. Sky television and video, plenty of books and games are on hand to enjoy curled up in the large comfy settees.
This cottage also has freezer, dishwasher, stereo, telephone and washing service if required. All to make your stay at The Grove more relaxing so that you can enjoy the Lakes.
