New House Farm has 6 luxurious en-suite double rooms, all of which are richly furnished and equipped with many thoughtful extras including home-baked biscuits or a champagne tray and flowers for special occasions. Inside the House on the first floor all bedrooms have ensuite facilities (and magnificent views). The 'Old Dairy' in the adjacent converted barn, has a sumptuous Queen sized solid oak four poster bed (as pictured on the right) with uninterrupted views of Fellbarrow and Low Fell. The Old Dairy also features a large and elegant Victorian style bathroom with a spacious double ended slipper bath.
'The Stable' (also in the converted barn) has an impressive King sized solid oak four poster bed with huge double airbath looking to Fellbarrow to the west.
