according to the freshness of the locally purchased meat, game and fish.
On any day you will find sea bass, brill and wild salmon sharing the
menu with mallard, innovative chicken dishes and succulent steaks from
herds reared and traditionally matured in Cumbria.
Despite the excellence of its food, the Highland Drove
is still essentially a pub where locals come to enjoy the wide range
of cask conditioned real ales, a wide range of other beers and ciders,
plus an enviable selection of wines.
