house set in thirty acres of garden and woodland, overlooking the
beautiful
Easedale valley. Once owned by William Wordworths friend Elizabeth
Fletcher, Lancrigg was a meeting place for the 'Lakes School of Poets'.
The rambling
unusual character of the house blends a cottage style with a country
house.
Our renowned afternoon teas are enjoyed by residents
and passing walkers. All of our cakes and pastries are 100% vegetarian.
