We think English food is the tastiest in the world and it has the advantage of meaning we can use locally-grown and locally-sourced food. As a consequence, our menus change each season and each day to make the best use of fresh produce. A bit of Mediterranean ‘sunshine’, French hedonism and Oriental spice occasionally creeps into the menu. We’re an island nation and the import-export business is in our blood! |
