We can’t offer huge a la carte menus but we think you can take comfort in the knowledge that the food you eat is prepared with our own hands, cooked with care, and served with pride. Outside of busy cooking times you are welcome to come into the kitchen for a chat or to let us know what you think of our food and to swap recipes. The day this photo was taken we were cooking:
- Wild mushroom tart
- Grilled asparagus with a lemon dressing and Parmesan shavings
- Lamb shanks (see next photo)
- Seared salmon with a lime dressing served on a bed of stir-fry vegetables
- Individual rhubard trifle
- Crispy apple tart with apple and cider sorbet
