After the devastation of Foot and Mouth in 2001 we chose to re-invent ourselves, we acquired a herd of Jersey cows with the intention of producing high quality ice cream. The first cows arrived from Brampton on February 8th 2002 and a day later an entire herd arrived from Cornwall.
Jersey cows produce the highest quality milk that in turn produces the highest quality ice cream. |
