Linthwaite has twenty-seven individually designed bedrooms, all ensuite and equipped to a high standard. Our lake view rooms are always popular, as are others with south facing open views across the croquet lawn. Molton Brown products come as standard in the bathrooms as well as waffle bathrobes. Some Lake District hotels can be chintzy, but this isn't the case at Linthwaite, with renowned interior designer, Amanda Rosa working her magic on bedrooms and public area alike. Comfortable, stylish materials have been used to good effect creating a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. A visiting journalist trying to sum up the style of Linthwaite suggested "Raffles meets Ralph Lauren". We'll leave that to you to decide.
